With over a decade of experience since 2006, Natalie is a highly qualified professional serving as a Manager, Trainer, Assessor, and Gear Expert. Holding certifications such as IWH/SETA Supervisor Level 3, Fall Protection Planner, and IRATA Level 3, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
Driven by her passion for training and a specialization in work at height, Natalie excels in developing Fall Protection Plans and providing equipment expertise solutions. Her unwavering dedication to ensuring safety in challenging work environments extends to her work on national and international work at height sites.
But there’s more to Natalie than her professional prowess. She embraces outdoor adventures with zeal, having had the privilege of setting up adventure race abseils and challenging climbs in remote areas.

Chris Clift
Introducing Chris, the charismatic force behind our rope access and fall protection training. As the Lead Trainer and Assessor, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. Believe it or not, we actually caught him smiling!
Chris’s work has taken him from the picturesque landscapes of Cape Town to the bustling heights of Dubai, and even the rugged mines of the Northern Cape. He has seen and done it all, earning the proverbial “T-shirt” of experience along the way. With his vast knowledge and hands-on experience, Chris is eager to share his insights with you.
Chris’s journey in working at heights began back in 2004 as an IRATA technician. His dedication and passion propelled him to climb the ranks, eventually becoming an IRATA Trainer/Instructor. Today, he continues to shine as an integral part of our team, bringing his expertise to the IWH.
In his spare time, Chris’s contagious smile takes a back seat as he indulges in activities that keep him focused. But rest assured, his dedication to safety and training is unwavering.

Ziyanda Molose
At the heart of Training Workz is Ziyanda Molose, a valued team member with seven years of experience in our company.
Ziyanda’s journey began in 2016 when she embarked on her first Rope Access Level 1 course, driven by intrigue and enthusiasm. Through hard work and unwavering dedication, she quickly rose to the role of Training Workz’s Assistant Trainer. Holding qualifications such as IWH Rope Access Level 2 and Advanced Fall Arrest Rescuer, Ziyanda is more than qualified to assist, instruct, demonstrate, and provide support to students, particularly those who speak Xhosa.
But Ziyanda’s talents don’t end there. She seamlessly transitions from being a skilled roper to a hands-on contributor in our admin department. In fact, she handles all our data capturing for SETA and IWH—an unexpected and impressive skill set for a roper.

Lynn Arendse
Meet Lynn Arendse, our talented admin specialist who joined the Training Workz team in September 2021. With a strong background in administrative skills, Lynn brings a wealth of experience to the table.
Previously, Lynn spent 10 years in the shipping service industry, where she excelled as an Office and Finance Assistant as well as performing general office administration.
Lynn’s attention to detail and organizational ability ensure the smooth running of our operations. Her expertise and willingness to assist in various areas make her an invaluable asset to our team.
